To access the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Kalios is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

The Platform offers various subscription plans with different features. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plan you select.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified when you sign up. Payments are due in advance.

Refunds

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by Kalios or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our Platform may integrate with third-party tools or services (e.g., payment gateways, scheduling apps). We are not responsible for any issues or data breaches caused by these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
